FAQ
Reload Detailing is primarily a mobile based business in the spring and summer season. During the winter there is a small fee for mobile. With that being said, all that is required for our mobile service is an electric outlet, a water spigot, and access to a restroom! If you don’t have access to these amenities, you are welcome to drop your vehicle off or we are happy to offer a pick-up and delivery service.
The Premium Interior Detail service ensures that nothing is left un-cleaned. We take our time and pay close attention to all of the details. Please allow approximately 3-5 hours for a Premium Interior detail. (This is an average time frame, expect longer for vehicles that are heavily saturated)
Auto detailing is a great way to maintain your vehicles condition. During a detail, a wide variety of specialty products are used in order to clean, protect and preserve your vehicle.
The products we use are safe for your interior and the environment. You can expect your interior to smell fresh and clean, not like harsh chemicals.
If the weather calls for rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc. and you have a garage we can work in, then we can still perform your mobile detail (eco-friendly rinse less wash). If not we can make arrangements to either bring your vehicle to our location or re-schedule.
Although there is not just one answer (due to many variables, eg. how far you drive, how often, how much you like a clean car), most pro detailers recommend that you have your vehicle detailed at least 2-3 times a year or every 4-6 months.
Paint Correction in other words, polishing, compounding, or buffing, is the process of leveling down clear coat to achieve a scratch and swirl free finish.
